R&D Department
The R&D department has 11 designers with high education and rich experiences. The R&D department uses Pro/e2000i, UG, Master CAM, CAD and AIP10 software.　　 The use of CAD/CAM engineering software ensures the design and development of the tooling and the new products. And helps ensure the products’ precision, quality, and efficiency, the modern manufacture requirements.

Production Techniques Department
Production Techniques Department is an independent technology and equipment research department in the company. Its function is to design, develop and modify the production and equipments and tooling. According to the company’s need, the department has developed 7 automatic production and testing equipments like automatic tapping machine, spring cutter, and automatic wire processing machines. They have helped a lot to reduce company’s production cost and save the human power and the praises from Japan headquarter and the industrial specialists. The section has a team of technicians with strong technologies. The first successful design of AX wire automatic processing machine and the latest second-generation wire automatic processing machine with higher automation well prove their great efforts in the research and the continuous pursuit. Presently, the Production Techniques Department set it its target to design the automatic production equipments to the outside clients.
